Susan Sivils

I have worked in Commercial Interiors & furnishings for 28 years. Prior to that, I worked in Residential Design & furnishings for 8 years. I'm a graduate of MSU (known as SMSU when I graduated in 1980) with a Bachelors's degree - emphasis Interior Design. I have spent all my working life in Springfield, MO. I love helping businesses improve their work environment with furnishings & aesthetics. I'm so happy when I find the right chair or desk for someone who has experienced physical discomfort due to a non-ergonomic work area. My job is never boring as every job is different & all the clients have their own personalities. I can't imagine doing anything else to earn my living.

I grew up about 50 miles from Springfield in a small town, Bradleyville where I was raised on a farm. I love horses & I've ridden all my life. In college, I started jumping horses & I've enjoyed it for over 40 years. I now also enjoy riding dressage. I finally met my "Mister Right" and was married in 2000 so we will celebrate our 20th Anniversary this year. We enjoy our 10 acres near Rogersville with my 3 horses; Slick, Ginger, & Radar, our dog Sheba & 3 cats; Midnight, Dawn & Smokey Joe.
