Indoff Partners enjoy a 50% commission rate (60% for Promotional Products) on gross profit of every sale (paid on invoice), as well as W-2 employee status with access to our 401k.
Indoff provides an annual marketing budget, weekly e-marketing pieces, custom brochures and catalogs, personal marketing/e-commerce websites and industry advertising to help our Partners achieve sales success.

In addition, Indoff Partners enjoy our streamlined order management system, quoting tools, a vendor database, and 24/7 access to online reports.
Indoff pays for your phone, myfax, internet or DSL lines; provides a copy/scanner/fax machine; business cards, letterhead and envelopes; and consumable office supplies for Material Handling, Commercial Interiors and Business Products Partners. For Promotional Products Partners we provide ESP Web.
Every 18 months, Indoff hosts a National Sales Meeting and Vendor Show in St. Louis, Missouri. This event includes a full-scale vendor expo with over 100 vendors exhibiting exclusively to Indoff Partners. In addition, Indoff University classes and roundtable discussions allow Partners, vendors and corporate staff to share new information and ideas. The highlight of the weekend is the celebratory awards banquet and Partner Appreciation Dinner on Saturday evening.

He is responsible for the day-to-day management of our appliance division that is comprised of Allied Appliance and Absocold, a manufacturer of refrigerators and microwaves that Indoff acquired in 2017.
