At Indoff, we’ve been shaping business needs since 1971.

Indoff is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Global Industrial Company. We have developed solutions for our customers for the past 50 years. Today our divisions are capable of fulfilling almost any need a business may have. Our customers work in every B2B and B2C industry imaginable – distribution, healthcare, finance, education, legal, engineering, manufacturing, hospitality, government, and many more.

Our business model is unique.

Indoff is not a traditional business where we warehouse large quantities of product. We maintain relationships with hundreds of manufacturers, wholesalers, and service providers so that we can find the right product for any situation. We will not try and sell you a product simply because it is what “happens to be in stock.” Our Partners work to make sure that what you need is based on your requirements and not ours.

Jim joined Indoff in 1988 after spending 5 years at Ernst & Young, where he specialized in audit and accounting for privately-held businesses. Jim is responsible for the day-to-day management of Indoff.

Robin has been with Indoff since 1988. She is responsible for administration and maintenance of benefits and payroll systems, as well as adherence to government regulations.

Josh Long

Josh joined Indoff in 2013 as part of the acquisition of Allied Appliance, a nationwide appliance distributor. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of our appliance division that is comprised of Allied Appliance and Absocold, a manufacturer of refrigerators and microwaves that Indoff acquired in 2017.

Julie joined Indoff in 1996 after spending five years with Arthur Anderson. She is responsible for the management of Indoff’s accounting, treasury and financial functions.

Pam Hake

Pam has been with Indoff since 2000 guiding Partners within all of the divisions through the Operational side of the business. Her role encompasses Large Order Discussions, Guidance on Unconventional Opportunities, and General Contract Business with Contract Review. Pam works with Partners to problem solve issues and works with Partners on project review and follow up.
