It is the policy of Indoff, Inc. As President and CEO of Indoff, I am committed to the principles of Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity.  In order to ensure dissemination and implementation of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action throughout all levels of Indoff, I have selected the Vice President of Human Resources as the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Manager for Indoff and have assigned that person the duty of implementing Indoff’s Affirmative Action Plan and Policies.  One of the duties of the Vice President of Human Resources will be to establish and maintain an internal audit and reporting system to allow for effective measurement of Indoff’s programs.

In furtherance of Indoff’s policy regarding Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity, Indoff has developed a written Affirmative Action Program which sets forth the policies, practices and procedures that Indoff is committed to  in order to ensure that its policy of nondiscrimination and affirmative action for qualified individuals with disabilities and qualified protected veterans is accomplished.  The portions of the Affirmative Action Program that are not confidential or proprietary are available for inspection by any employee or applicant for employment upon request, during normal business hours, in the _11816 Lackland Road, St. Louis, MO  63146_.
