No, your customer base belongs to you. If a situation arises that would cause you to leave Indoff, your customers go with you.
No. To pay a base salary would require us to monitor your sales activity and this is not what we do. You bring the true value to the sale, and this is why we prefer to pay the industry’s highest commission rate, rather than pay a base salary.
Indoff is not a franchise organization. You will be an employee of Indoff and there is no fee to join.
Commissions are paid at the end of the month following when the sale is invoiced. For example, if your sale is invoiced in January, then you are paid commission on that sale at the end of February. Commissions are paid based on invoicing, not when the customer pays.
Jim joined Indoff in 1988 after spending 5 years at Ernst & Young, where he specialized in audit and accounting for privately-held businesses. Jim is responsible for the day-to-day management of Indoff.
