I was introduced to commercial interiors in 2008 while working as a space-planner for a Haworth dealership. I didn't really understand the "workplace" design concept, to me, it seemed as if I was only fitting rectangles and squares in a space. It wasn't until later that I began to understanding how a workplace can affect productivity. There are many different company "workstyles" and each is unique in their own way. "Seek first to Understand", this is my approach to every job. Asking the right questions is key to identifying the ideal workplace.
