I have over 38 years of work experience in customer service industry. For the past 15 years I have been selling appliances, first in the hospitality & collegiate divisions, and eventually moving into Government full time. I handle everything from the initial quote request on projects, or even individual items needed, taking the incoming orders, processing them, setting up the shipments, following up with vendors to make sure the order runs smoothly. I believe that customer service begins before the sale, and continues until the project and/or order has delivered in full.
