How do I become a customer?

Indoff has a nationwide network of hundreds of Sales Partners to meet your purchasing needs. Our Sales Partners have years of experience and thorough product knowledge. Sales professionals and former business owners join Indoff because of the breadth of products available and the ability to manage their own accounts.

What does this mean for you? It means your Indoff Sales Partner is a single source for everything you need (from backroom shelving, breakroom supplies, mugs with logos, guest seating, keyboards, ink cartridges, hand trucks, etc.) at competitive prices with the personalized customer service you deserve.

Why do I need to fill out a credit application?

A credit application is part of Indoff’s credit decision process. It helps us evaluate the customer for setting up a credit line.

I’m not comfortable giving you my bank account number, why do you need it?

Privacy laws regulate what type of information a bank can release to vendors. If the customer doesn’t provide Indoff the bank account number, the bank cannot release the average bank balance.

How do I pay for product and services?

Indoff allows each customer the flexibility to choose how they prefer to pay. We can accept checks, ACH transactions, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

How do I know I’m getting a fair price?

Indoff Sales Partners have access to a wide variety of vendors which allows us to help each customer choose the best possible product at the best price available.

What does Indoff’s Corporate office do?

Indoff’s Corporate office provides support for your local Sales Partner. We provide resources and tools so that they are able to service each customer in a personal and efficient way

Can I purchase other products from my Sales Partner?

Indoff has six primary divisions and many of our Sales Partners are considered to be “multi-divisional,” in other words they have knowledge and experience in multiple industries and applications. In addition, our network of Sales Partners creates a unique ability to work together and draw on each other’s expertise to fulfill each customers’ needs.

What is Indoff’s return policy?

In the event of a return, your Sales Partner will work with you to make returns as pain-free as possible.

Josh Long

Josh joined Indoff in 2013 as part of the acquisition of Allied Appliance, a nationwide appliance distributor. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of our appliance division that is comprised of Allied Appliance and Absocold, a manufacturer of refrigerators and microwaves that Indoff acquired in 2017.
