I have been involved in the material handling industry for 39 years. I started out as an inside salesperson for a small material handling distributor in Covington, Ky that primarily focused on casters and wheels. Dealing with customers who were buying smaller dollar purchases I learned the value of every order...the customer deserves the same level of professionalism and service on all orders, big or small. I work in the greater Columbus, Ohio region now. As an outside salesperson working on small orders and also much larger projects I have carried that same attitude with me. I try to treat every customer the same. I still sell casters, but I also sell pallet rack, in-plant offices, lift tables, shop equipment, and mezzanines...pretty much a full line of material handling solutions. I have never been a salesperson trying to push a product. I am much more interested in developing a long term relationship with clients and supplying the products and solutions that they want and need. Many of my current customers have been with me for over 35 years.
