I was introduced to the Material Handling world in 2000. I have always believed that, as a sales person, I am called by customers to help solve a problem or challenge. That is how I approach each interaction. I want to help solve problems with only a small amount of daily operational interference.
Quick fixes and poorly made products do not solve problems, they add to it. Trusted installers and product are a must. Providing solid solutions leads to repeat business and a great working relationship.
