The industry has seen many changes over the years. When I began systems furniture (cubicles) were a pretty new concept. They are still an important area, although more open plan concepts (benching) have also become popular.
Products change, trends come and go. The important issues, though, remain.
A safe and productive work environment, effectively managing work flow, and creating a workspace that makes employees feel needed and appreciated, are now, and have always been most important.
My focus with all of my clients is to create that healthy, productive office that allows people to grow and improve, with the understanding of the company's bottom line.
