In the past four years, my interests have been growing and evolving more towards the industrial side of the business.
I have audited and completed several dozen commercial LED Lighting Retrofit projects, saving customers 50-80% on their lighting bill, reducing maintenance, eliminating toxic chemicals, and improving light quality and longevity. We also recycle all of the old lighting technology while reusing existing fixtures wherever possible, plus we partner with State Energy rebate agencies in order secure rebates for our customers. The ROI payback can be less than two years, on average.

With our recent viral outbreak in 2020, businesses will now forever be forced to change their methods of operations, procedures in the office, layouts and designs within manufacturing plants, materials handling in warehouses/distirbution centers, packaging/shipping, and in public facing environments. I will be more focused on adapting to new protocols and creating new ways to keep our service and industrial clients safe in every aspect imaginable, while maintaining peak productivity levels.
