How Is Indoff Structured?

Indoff has 450+ Sales Partners nationwide and has been in business since 1971. Indoff is a distributor of Material Handling , Commercial Interiors, Business Products, Promotional Products and Printing, and Energy Solutions and has been in business since 1971. Indoff’s 450+ Partners in the US, Canada and Mexico generated $140 million in sales in 2015 and expect to grow in 2016.

How does Indoff’s Partner Program work?

Indoff Partners manage their own sales efforts, including choosing their own vendors, setting their own prices to their customers and basically running their own business with Indoff’s corporate backing, and access to thousands of vendors. Indoff pays 50% commission on the gross profit of the sales(60% for promotional products) provides W-2 status, office and marketing expenses and access to thousands of vendors.

What does Indoff sell?

Indoff Partners work in one or multiple of our major industries selling material handling and warehouse storage equipment, commercial/medical/educational/hospitality/government interiors, business and office supplies, promotional products and printing, and LED lighting and energy solutions. What is Indoff’s compensation package?

Indoff pays 50% commission on the gross profit of the sales(60% for promotional products) provides W-2 status, office and marketing expenses, 401k, vision/dental insurance and short term/long term disability.

When are commissions paid?

Commissions are paid at the end of the month following when the sale is invoiced. For example, if your sale is invoiced in January, then you are paid commission on that sale at the end of February. Commissions are paid based on invoicing, not when the customer pays.

What vendors does Indoff have access to?

Indoff has access to thousands of vendors in our major industries with competitive pricing.  We allow you to work with the vendors you are comfortable with or have experience working with in the past.  You receive the true cost from the manufacturer and you set your own pricing. We are also able to add new vendors based on Partner preference.

Does Indoff make their Partners sign a non-compete agreement?

No, your customer base belongs to you. If a situation arises that would cause you to leave Indoff, your customers can go with you.

Does Indoff require a franchise fee to become a Partner?

Indoff is not a franchise organization. You will be a W-2 employee of Indoff.

Does Indoff assign me a sales territory?

Indoff does not have territory restrictions because this limits your selling potential. We do have account protection, if you develop an account, then you should profit from the relationship.

How does Indoff support me?

Indoff provides internal marketing and IT support, a cell phone/internet monthly stipend, office expenses and an annual marketing budget. We also provide access to thousands of vendors with competitive pricing.

Do I have to pay out of pocket for my deliveries and installs?

No, Indoff pays the vendors directly and it becomes a job cost that we split 50/50.
