PROBLEM

Mother's Nutritional Center newly remodeled warehouse was in need of an organized rack system to properly store food products and to accommodate employees with an easy-access product removal process.

OBJECTIVE

To build free-standing rack-supported coolers to efficiently store products utilizing all space available.

SOLUTION

Indoff's Partner was chosen for this project because of a successful previous project with MNC and for offering local service and turnkey services that included engineering permit services, professional installation and project management.

Indoff worked with MNC and Hannibal Industries Inc. to engineer a free-standing rack-supported cooler. The upright frames were structurally designed to support the ceiling panels using slotted steel angle iron.

BENEFITS

By engineering the push-back racks to support the cooler paneling and eliminating structural columns, the customer saved 25% to 30%.
