E-Marketing: Each month Indoff's marketing department creates one e-marketing piece for each of its four divisions for Partners to send to their customers. Indoff e-marketing pieces serve as a "touch piece," to keep the Partner and Indoff in the forefront of the customers' mind. Indoff's e-marketing is easy to use (highlight, copy, paste and presto!), and has a track record for initiating orders from customers. See e-marketing samples!

Custom Cover Catalogs: Indoff designs custom covers for a variety of catalogs to strengthen our corporate branding and allow our Partners to imprint their own contact information on each catalog. Most custom catalogs are printed twice a year and can be purchased with a set aside marketing budget extended to Indoff Partners. In addition, Indoff Partners have access to thousands of vendor catalogs.

Partner Marketing Sites: Customizable websites offered to Sales Partners for free so they can take their business online. The Partner Marketing Sites serve three primary functions: 1) increase web presence for Indoff and individual Partners, 2) generate leads for our Sales Partners, and 3) generate direct online sales (via credit card).

You might be wondering, “How do people find my Partner Marketing Site out there in the vast online world?” Well, believe it or not, the most important element of the Partner Marketing Site is the blog. Every Partner Marketing site has a built in blog section for new weblogs to be posted. For those of you not familiar with “blogging” – its simply a "frequent update of information relevant to the website" and is important when achieving search engine optimization (SEO). In other words, the more frequently you update your website by posting new information, the higher your site climbs in the search engines (you must “climb” search engine rankings in order for consumers to find you).

In addition, the catalog section of every Partner Marketing site is customizable, meaning you decide what products to sell/show on your site, and what attributes/options to offer and at what price.

Any order submitted on your Partner Marketing Site is “dropped” into your Confluence, or Indoff’s order entry system. So after you sign into you Confluence account, you’ll see the order and be able to release it, and generate the SO and PO.

Company Store websites: The best explanation is an example: Say one of your customers is MBCorp, and MBCorp has a list of standard items they purchase for all of their offices nationwide to ensure a consistency across all locations. In this example, their "standards" may consist of 2 executive desks, 3 task seating chairs, 1 ink cartridge, 2 add-on shelving units, 3 lateral file systems and 4 imprinted uniform options.

Case Studies: Case Studies are a great way for Indoff Parnters to illustrate completed projects to prospects and customers while strengthening Indoff’s credibility. Indoff's corporate office works with Partners and suppliers to develop case studies to post online, and for individual Partners to send to their customers.

Line Cards: Indoff has created line cards for Partners to provide to customers. There are editable or customizable line cards available so that you can add your own lines and contact information. Line cards come in three file formats – 1) html for email, 2) PDF for high quality print or email attachment, 3) Microsoft Word for easy editing (print or attach).

Promo Program: Indoff's Promo Program for non-Promo Sales Partners is an opportunity for Indoff Partners to make more money by expanding their offerings to customers. Today’s buyers want to work with FEWER vendors and TRUSTED suppliers. By joining Indoff’s Promo Program, Sales Partners with no experience selling promo are able to subject their customers to thousands of promotional products at competitive prices.

Indoff's Promo Program promotes cross-selling and industry education. Attend online “Webinars” hosted by Indoff corporate and premier promotional products vendors, read success stories about fellow Indoff Partners, take advantage of e-marketing pieces and browse the catalog on promo.indoff.com.

Indoff Company Store: There are a wide range of products available on the Indoff Company Store Site including apparel, drinkware, desk items, calendars and many other products to make the Indoff name visible to customers. You can use these items for self-promotion or even for leave behind gifts for potential and existing customers. Products are sold at our cost plus shipping. Initially payment for merchandise must go on a credit card, but after submitting an expense report with your co. store purchases, you'll be reimbursed and the expense will be deducted from your marketing budget.
