The Bill Pedersen Memorial Award winner is given annually to the Indoff Partner who best exemplifies the Indoff spirit of sharing, caring and being positive in dealing with other partners, customers, vendors and the home office staff.  

I have over 8 years experience in the office products, furniture and promotional products industry and partner with my husband who has 30 years experience in these three industries.  We pride ourselves on the relationships that we have formed with our customers over the years.  We have customers today that we had 30 years ago.  Why?  Because they know with confidence that they can trust us to take care of their needs, whether they be large or small.  We don’t work strictly from a catalog of items.  We endeavor to check our vast resources to find any item that a client is seeking.

Effective customer service is one of the keys to our success and we have trained personnel ready to service your needs.  We will never route your call into a call center but will handle each call personally.

We provide resources and solutions for all industries, including Non-profits, Legal, Medical, R&D, Software or IT related.

We are “local in nature” but “national in scope”.  We have effectively serviced and delivered products nationwide and have customers in over 25 states.  Our customer base spans three time zones and our customers are effectively serviced out of 70 different warehouses.

Local areas served:  Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia. 

Nationwide areas served:  United States (contiguous 48)
