I have specialized in active records management systems for over 14 years. I survey, design and implement improved systems that result in space and time savings. Product categories include: High Density Mobile Filing Systems, Lateral File Storage Systems, Rotary File Storage Systems, On-Demand colorcode/barcode label printing systems, barcode tracking technology, custom and standard end-tab folders, and colorcode labels. I also provide turn-key management for merging multiple filing systems together, and conversion of existing files to an improved filing system. I have designed, converted and implemented filing systems for over 1 million records.Customers include Key Bank, Wells Fargo, Albertsons, and St. Lukes Regional Medical Center. From my office in Boise, I serve all of Idaho, Eastern Oregon, and Montana. |
