John S. Ross, Chairman

After developing and operating several successful business ventures, John co-founded Indoff in 1971. John provides strategic planning and overall corporate direction.

John M. Temple, Vice-Chairman

John co-founded Indoff in 1971, and recorded personal sales of over $1 million year after year. Beginning in 1991, John was primarily responsible for developing and refining Indoff's recruiting strategies, techniques and programs. John continues to work closely with our recruiting department.

Jim Malkus, CEO and President

Jim joined Indoff in 1988 after spending five years with Ernst & Young, where he specialized in audit and accounting work for privately held businesses. Jim is responsible for the day-to-day management of Indoff.

Robin Migdal, VP-Human Resources

Robin has been with Indoff since 1988. She is responsible for the administration and maintenance of benefit and payroll systems as well as adherence to government regulations.

Julie Frank, VP-Finance

Julie joined Indoff in 1996 after spending five years with Arthur Anderson. Julie is responsible for Indoff's accounting, treasury and financial statement functions.

Shawn Faulkingham, Director of IT Systems

The Faulkingham brothers both joined Indoff in 1999. Together, they manage Indoff's technology, they maintain Indoff's systems, and they plan for Indoff's future.

Colin Faulkingham, VP of e-Marketing

Joined Indoff in 1999, and leads our e-Marketing and software development efforts.

Dennis Mourning, Vice President

Dennis joined Indoff in 2000, bringing experience in banking, distribution, general operations and sales management. Dennis is responsible for orientating new Sales Partners, from recruiting all of the way through to a Partner's first 90 days of employment.

Pam Hake, VP-Operations

Pam has been with Indoff since 2000. As Vice President of Operations, she oversees credit and corporate CSR's, as well as vendor and Partner relations.

John Vasquez, VP Business Development

John has more than 30 years of business experience, from sales to ownership. John's primary responsibility is to expand Indoff's sales opportunities through identifying new products, industries or programs. John rejoined Indoff in 2005.
